| 4. CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN (CAP): |
| The Station Supervisor will through a safety bulletin will emphasis the GPU disconnection procedure to
all equipment operator with duties and responsibility of GPU disconnection by 6.1.2023, the equipment
operator will sign a read and sign as an acknowledgement of receipt of the safety bulleting and
adherence to the GPU disconnection procedure. An inspection will be conducted by the station
supervisor to confirm effectiveness of the Corrective action plan and to check if the procedure is being
adhered to, inspection report will be completed and maintained in file. |
